Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing Ford Building in its entirety including a portion of underground tunnel structure, basement, four levels above grade, and associated site paving and walks. See drawings for items to be salvaged and returned to the Owner. 2. Temporary relocation of electrical services routed through current building out to surface parking lot and other state office buildings. 3. New site work includes site restoration, asphalt paving patching, concrete sidewalk, landscaping. 4. Reconnection of electrical services. New low voltage security equipment. Alternate 1: Tunnel Structure Provide a cost in addition to the base bid to include the items associated with Alternate No. 1 – Tunnel Structure including construction of the new tunnel access structure with one level above grade and one basement level, a stair, and elevator. The alternate also includes all associated structural, mechanical, and electrical work required for the new Tunnel Structure as noted on the drawings.
