Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Stratford (Town) is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) submissions from qualified and experience architectural and engineering firms to assist the Town with the redevelopment of Shakespeare Park located at 1850 Elm Street Stratford, CT. The selected firm will be required to prepare budget estimates and schematic design through construction administration phases for the proposed planning of a new park, including infrastructure to create an outdoor and indoor multipurpose performing arts complex. The intent is to redevelop the entire property that will transform Stratford into an engaging cultural destination in Fairfield County and to catalyze a vibrant future for future generations. The project will consist of site infrastructure and utilities, permitting, surveying, landscape architecture, parking facilities, park entry and exit, infrastructure for a food service area, an outdoor performing arts venue, restrooms, storage buildings, administrative areas, and a multipurpose performing arts building.
