Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor’s services must include, but are not limited to, the following: • Technician must be onsite within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of service request for non-emergency calls and within eight (8) hours of receipt for emergency calls. • All Contractor staff must adhere to NFPA 72-2010, which includes, but it not limited to excerpts stated in Exhibit A: In Building Public Safety Communications Highlights (3 pages). • Services may be initiated based on Contractor’s 24 x 7 x 365 remote monitoring. County may also call or email to initiate a service request. • Annual System Availability & Performance report sent to ITD Department within three (3) business days after completion of annual preventative maintenance. • Contractor must provide a Filter, CommScope, 7632299-00, [ION-E] RFD for each frequency requirement. Currently, there are thirteen (13) UAPs installed and all have Cat 6A/XTP cabling to the prospective Communication rooms. All cabling is terminated, tested, labeled and certified 10gig.
