Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit commercial cleaning and day porter services of the Health Services facility for Boise State University (“University”). Health Services is located on the 2nd floor in the Norco Building at 1529 Belmont Street, Boise, ID 83706 ● The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, personnel, material, tools, and equipment to provide janitorial services and day porter services for Boise State University Health Services. Floor layout can be provided if requested. ● Facility cleanliness must meet or exceed Level 2 of the APPA custodial standards and must also meet the Health Care Cleaning requirements for all exam and procedure rooms. ● There needs to be nightly cleaning of all restrooms. There are multiple stall men’s and women’s restrooms in the waiting area, and then 5 single restrooms in the clinic area ● All common areas need to be cleaned nightly which includes breakrooms, including microwaves, waiting areas, exam rooms, nursing station, counter-tops, counseling rooms, etc. ● All trash must be dumped nightly. ● Offices need vacuumed and dust three times a week.
