Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Overall plan of content and sequence of professional development delivered to preschool education professionals; 2. Identified topics should include, at minimum, an overview of the Iowa Preschool MTSS model, collection of data, review of data, summarizing and analzying the data, planning tiered instruction using evidence based practices, and differentiated outcomes, and ongoing progress monitoring; 3. Description of various facilitation methods and adult learner principles to be used to support indiv/group learning; 4. Description of planning activities with Iowa DE representatives prior to the group meeting sessions; 5. Professional materials proposed for use with and by participants (powerpoints, handouts, etc) and to become property of Iowa DE. 6. Proposed evaluation activities and data to be shared with Iowa DE; 7. Proposals may also include planning for future implementation and scale up through proposed activities, follow-up sessions, and potential timelines.
