Specifications include, but are not limited to: explore options for software service that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process visual data for the sake of smoke and fire detection and identification and to provide timely and accurate information to relevant audiences, as more specifically described below. Generally speaking, three phases of a fire monitoring workflow are present: (1) camera and telecommunication deployments to University (or University partner) data center, (2) configuration between data center and cameras, processing for web publication, command/control functionality, and data archiving, and (3) processing of images for A.I.-enabled fire or smoke detection. Proposers must offer solutions that address phase (3), but may additionally propose to provide one, two, or all aspects of the workflow. This AP is designed to provide interested Proposers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals. This AP is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposers are free and encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence the ability to provide the specified goods and services.
