Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pulaski County Admin. building cooling tower shall be equipped with feeding and control equipment. The Extension building and Juvenile building shall be treated manually and tested every month to insure that adequate control is being maintained. The Pulaski County Courthouse shall have treatment of two (2) open and closed loop systems (hot loop and chilled loop) which shall consist of testing and sending monthly electronic reports. The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney shall be equipped with feeding equipment, and have treatment for boiler closed loop and 1,000 gal. closed loop. Chill water open loop is located in Admin. building that services Prosecuting Attorney building. Service provider shall provide treatment to open and closed water loops in all buildings it applies to. Service provider must have minimum of 2 years experience in the water treatment industry or related field. Service provider's organization must be ISO 9002 certified in chemical manufacturing and laboratory analysis. Service provider shall provide a computer-generated report with all test results to Pulaski County General Services Director. Service Provider shall make adjustments, calibrations, sensor cleaning etc. as necessary to maintain proper system operation
