Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Procedure for delivery and pickup in a timely manner and according to schedule, including a contingency plan in the event of an armored vehicle accident or an episode of bad weather or any other unexpected occurrence that would prevent scheduled pickup/delivery 2. Procedure for missed pickup/delivery. For each missed pickup or delivery according to schedule the Awarded Bidder shall not bill the City for any and all missed pickups or deliveries at any and all scheduled City locations. The Awarded Bidder will be required to conduct a special carrier run the same day, if requested by the City, at no additional cost to the City for any missed pickup/delivery. 3. When delivery cannot be made for any reason, the Awarded Bidder shall notify the designated City employee to receive instructions regarding procedure for return or vault storage. 4. Procedure for special carrier runs. The Awarded Bidder will provide its procedure to correct missed pickups and/or errors in special deliveries or other transportation problems.
