All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oregon Department of Transportation (“Agency” or “ODOT") is requesting supplemental information regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the above referenced project (the “Project”). The needed Services are further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Services included in this potential Work Order Contract (“WOC”) consist of professional design services and related services associated with approximately 202 216 curb ramps at signalized and non-signalized intersections and mid-block crossings (“Project Curb Ramps”) and pedestrian-activated signals at signalized intersections and mid-block crossings (“Project Pedestrian Signals”) on and adjacent to Agency Right of Way (“ROW”), from Conceptual Design through final Plans, Specifications and Estimate (“PS&E”) as well as Bid Assistance services (all collectively the “Services”).
