Specifications include, but are not limited to: This WORK involves all work necessary to provide power for two capstans in locations highlighted in blue on the attached location sketch. Only one capstan will operate at any one time. Both capstans will not operate at the same time. The Contractor shall: Secure electrical permit. Determine the location for tying into the Borough’s existing electrical system. Design and size electrical cables and equipment. Furnish and install all necessary cables, materials, equipment, and incidental items. Test and commission the system. Provide record drawings. Add Alternate 1 – AA1 (highlighted in pink on the attached location sketch). The Contractor will run a separate circuit to power the bollard shown for future use. The plan is to have power on both legs of the dock to allow for a future capstan of similar size and design.
