Specifications include, but are not limited to:The awarded respondent shall wash and clean the exterior surfaces of all window and door glass at the Legislative Office Building. Interior LOB window cleaning will not be required of the awarded respondent. The awarded respondent shall wash and clean the exterior and interior surfaces at the Legislative Office Garage, including the Skywalk between the two buildings. Surfaces may include, but are not limited to: windows, doors, the atrium glass, the parking garage stairwell windows, and the skywalk. First Class standard of cleaning exterior and interior surfaces includes, but is not limited to: a) Wiping and drying of all mullions and sills; b) Ensuring glass is free of all dirt, streaks, or wet rag markings around the edges of windows; c) Applying a solution of soap and water to all window surfaces and squeegeeing those windows dry; d) Wiping the edges of the window with a DRY rag to prevent any drips or streaking; and e) Reporting any damage to the CGA. If additional cleaning is required to bring any window up to a First Class Standard, the awarded respondent must notify the CGA. The CGA acknowledges that the gap in time between window cleanings may create additional unexpected challenges to keep a First Class Standard. The CGA is willing to work in collaboration with the awarded respondent to address such instances.
