Specifications include, but are not limited to: professional design services for the renovation of a portion of the Clayton Little Building on the Pikeville campus of the Big Sandy Community and Technical College. The project is being funded by grant funds received by KCTCS to accomplish this specific need. The project will begin with a quick architectural study to verify the program and funding available for this project. This project will involve a total renovation of several classrooms, new nursing labs, and the CNA lab. The work will be installed in existing space within the building. The project is vital to the nursing program at this campus and is to be undertaken on an aggressive design and construction schedule.
