Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Outdoor Recreation Yards (Work is to include the four (4) outdoor recreation yards on the northwest side of the building.) a. Replacement of the floor slabs and sub-base aggregate. b. New Interior Recreation Yard foundation drains, floor drains, and associated piping to the main storm trunk line, parallel to the west face of the building. c. New expansion joints and security sealants (floors, walls, windows, and doors) Security sealant is required on the secure side of the facility. Outside of the secure perimeter, non-security sealants are acceptable. d. New exterior security hollow metal doors, frames, thresholds, and hardware at the exterior of the Recreation Yards. 2. Dorm Rooms (Work is to include the extents of the floor crack within the three northwest dorms.) a. Grinding/routing of the floor crack and infill with security sealant. 3. Building Exterior a. Modify the existing exterior grades in the open field adjacent to the northwest Recreation Yards. Grading shall promote positive drainage away from the building. Provide new seed and straw while adjusting any structures as necessary. b. Scope all storm and foundation drains on the north-west side of the building. Provide County with electronic media of scoped piping and structures. Repair any damaged instances.
