Specifications include, but are not limited to: Because the City and WSD cannot resolve many of the inequities on its own, we are looking to activate the community to deepen current efforts, or create new ones, that addresses the challenges and/or recommendations listed in the first section. The City and WSD seek to partner with contractor to help organize the community to take action. The outputs we expect from this contract in service to this outcome include:1.Community event:•In which a diverse cross-section of the Winooski population participates; and• Participants identify and commit to taking actionable next steps after the event that are within the resource capacity limitations of participants, the City, and WSD.
