Tear out of existing entry system and installation of new Details: HM door and frame; factory primed and field finished. Salvaging existing door hardware (including but not limited to: lever, exit device (panic bar), door security hardware, etc) for re-installation. Providing new hinges, kick plate, threshold, and weather stripping. Existing door security to remain. Product: 3'0"x7'0 Door slab & installation, primed and field painted to match existing frame (refer to pages 6-13 of Scope and Specs document for details on requirements). Details: HM door slab painted to match existing frame, BB hinges matching dimensions of existing hinge pockets & latch heights, and installation/prep of door for DOT provided lockset.
