Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each Day of Service • Complete hygienic cleaning of all restrooms especially walls and floors around sink, toilet and urinal areas (Cleaning Rest Rooms Specification, Custodial Services General Specifications), wipe and sanitize handrails and door handles, paper towels, soap, urinal tablets, refill toilet paper leaving an extra roll(s) in the restroom, clean all mirrors, etc. • Disinfect all common touch areas using EPA approved germicidal cleaners (disinfectant) for the SARS-COV-2. • Empty waste baskets; collect trash and remove to appropriate dumpster; clean, sanitize and reline waste baskets. Return waste baskets to proper place. • Sweep, dry mop or vacuum all non-carpeted floors including stairwells and entrances. • After sweeping, dry mopping or vacuuming damp mop all non-carpeted floors including stairwells and entrances. • Vacuum all traffic lanes. • Vacuum conference rooms. • Spot clean all spills on all floor surfaces. • Using a clean unused cloth clean and disinfect all water fountains and water coolers (per specifications in Exhibit B). • Remove all cobwebs and spiders in entrances and public spaces. • Maintain/clean all entry, walk-off, slush mats and/or floor mats and runners. • Wash all door glass, interior windows, glass walls and mirrors. • Dust counters, furniture, windows and all other surfaces that collect dust. • Reset furniture in conference rooms. • Police entrances to building, pick up trash, cigarette butts, ect. • Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors. Wednesdays • Low and mid-level dusting (up to six (6) feet). • Clean and sanitize sinks, tables and counters in kitchen and/or breakrooms. • Clean and sanitize all table surfaces in classrooms and conference rooms. • Clean marker boards using appropriate and approved cleaners to remove marker stains in downstairs classroom and upstairs conference room. NOTE: Do not clean if there is a message to not erase information on the wipe boards. • Vacuum all carpet areas. • After all dust and dirt has been removed machine buff tiled floor areas. As Needed / As requested • Vacuum and spot clean systems furniture panels/partitions, desktops, file cabinets, window treatments and woodwork. • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator, Facility Representative or their designee. Monthly - Defined Days/Weeks • First Tuesday – High level dusting (above six (6) feet). • Second Tuesday – Vacuum and damp wipe air intake and exhaust grills. • Third Tuesday – Wash exterior entry wall and door glass. • Third Tuesday – Wash desktops in offices (if cleared), clean and disinfect phones.
