Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cadillac Ranch HVAC - Relocation/Replacement **Mandatory Onsite Prebid meeting 8/28/23 @ 9:00am** **Bids closed 9/28/23 @ 2:00pm** ** Project begins 1/8/24** **Project completed on or before 2/10/24** • Label 5 Condensers and Piping, pump down units, disconnect and store units on back porch • Upon completion of concrete slab, reset units 1,3 and 4 on concrete slab • Replace complete units 2 and 5 • Replace or Reroute ducts required to complete installation of the units 2 and 5 • Replumb all units with new copper and insulation overhead, secured with strut to the bottom side of awning roof continuing down the back side of the fencing onto slab. • Replace low voltage control wiring in sealed conduit and junction boxes if required • Recharge all units and monitor units for proper function for 48 hours after all installation has been completed. • 2 A/C units are 4 ton units. **5 year Manufacturer warranty on all parts and equipment installed** **2 year warranty on Service and Installation** Walk In Cooler – Replacement • Remove and dispose of existing walk-in cooler and components • Replace walk in cooler and components • Line cooler box with treated plywood wainscoting 48” high • Repair any walls damaged or removed during installation or remodel walls if needed to accommodate new cooler entrance. • Install condenser onto slab and run all insulated copper piping and control wiring overhead, attached with strut to the bottom side of awning roof continuing down the back side of the fencing onto slab. • Control wiring run inside of sealed conduit and junction boxes if required • Monitor units for proper function for 48 hours after completion of project • Walk in cooler inside box dimensions are 12’4” x 8’4” **5 year Manufacturer warranty on all parts and equipment installed** **2 year warranty on Service and Installation** ** Optional Remote temperature monitoring system to be quoted separately **
