The selected vendor will make selections (subject to DEEP’s approval) using existing state DAS certified contractors and materials prescribed by the Department. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing the project timeline, coordinating with lead program staff and state contractors, reviewing bids from various state vendors, inspecting, approving project deliverables, project planning and work area preparation and overseeing the development of as-built schematics of the work area. The selected vendor must ensure conformance with state building requirements as some office areas will be redesigned spaces. The selected vendor will update existing CAD drawings for the facility with final as-built drawings.
