Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Main Arena that is 325’ x 160’ in size with lights and, o 1300 seat covered grandstands o Announcer’s booth, replaced in 2021 o Livestock pens o Practice / warm-up arena, 165’ x 145’ o New roping and bucking chutes o Restroom building • Covered Flamingo Arena, constructed in 2021, that is 265’ x 200’ with lights and, o 600 seat grandstands under the cover o New Announcers booth and show office o Practice / warm-up arena, 185’ x 135’ o Cutting / warm-up arena, 130’ x 100’ o Livestock pens o New roping chutes • Eight barns, each with forty individual stalls, for a total of 320 stalls with, o 12-bay horse wash rack o Restroom with showers for event participants o Some RV hook-ups, with power and water only
