The solution must include microphone/s, projector, and camera while also providing the presenter with the ability to connect wirelessly to the devices while utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, etc. The solution must also connect to the existing house sound solution already in place and it must also have a 3.5mm audio output for recording the audio from meetings held in the boardroom. Bids must include all labor, materials, parts, cabling, system commissioning services, system programming and training for a full and complete turn- key system. Laser Projector Must be a minimum of 6000 lumens of equal color and white brightness Must have Full HD support; Accepts 4k signal Camera Must be able to capture the area specified during the pre-bid meeting Cabling Provide and install any cabling required to complete the project. No Panduit, conduit or visible on-wall cabling allowed Mic/s Must be able to capture and record audio from the podium and the entire board room table. Support First year of warranty and support should be included in the proposal. Please provide an additional cost for a 3-year warranty and a 5-year.
