Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop and execute contractual agreement with a PED approved vendor in accordance with all applicable procurement laws and regulations for Executive Support and Leadership Development for the NMPED Cabinet and leadership retreats that includes: a. One to one monthly coaching and mentoring for up to seven members of the Cabinet, including feedback to the Secretary of Education to support relationship growth with Cabinet members. b. Coach must be in a similar role to the Cabinet member being coached. c. Coaching should include but not be limited to i. Providing technical advice on implementing strategies. ii. Support in navigating relationships and chain of command. iii. Provide thought partnership to navigate difficult decisions, organizational change, and anticipate problem areas iv. Provide feedback on skills, behaviors, and actions d. A minimum of two leadership retreats for the Executive Leadership team. Retreats should include but not be limited to i. Systems to support leaders with change management. ii. Systems to build a culture of trust and authentic feedback. iii. Systems to implement systems-level change.
