Specifications include, but are not limited to: HACH anticipates generating a scope of services for units using its own forces, then walking through vacant units with various awarded contractors and receiving offers based on pricing included in the Contract to prepare units for rental. Vacancy preparation generally includes painting, cleaning, minor wall repair, reflooring and other regular maintenance activities. Vacancy preparation may include electrical work, counter replacement or repair, plumbing and other related services in certain circumstances. For vacancy preparation activities paint, flooring and appliances may be provided by the Authority from its central warehouse where it is more price efficient for HACH.
