Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide a preventative maintenance service as specified herein. Work shall be bid as an annual lump sum amount invoiced in arrears in four (4) equal payments. Work shall include the Contractor being available to provide Emergency Services at an additional charge to the contract. B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and supervision required to perform testing of Water Softener Equipment including repair and replacement of components and inspections, pertaining to the operation of the systems as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist attached. D. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be four (4) for one fiscal year spacedapproximately ninety (90) days apart. The first inspection and repair shall be performed upon the award of the contract. E. Each preventive work period shall be pre-scheduled and directed from a maintenance management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program may be computer directed or manually operated. This schedule will be in the hands of the Agency Representative prior to the start of work. F. All work shall be performed in the presence of an Agency Representative who shall sign documentation, provided by the Contractor, that the work is complete. The signature of the foreman of the crew performing the work shall appear on all site prepared documents. G. A report shall be furnished to the Agency Representative after each examination or Emergency Service indicating the Scope of Work performed, conditions requiring further attention and the name of the Owner Representative present.
