Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. To furnish the City's requirement for ready mix concrete class "A" and class "C11 and slurrymix on an "as requested" basis by the Public Works Department.2. A second purchase order may be awarded to the second lowest responsible bidder. Thesecond purchase order will be used at the City's discretion in the event of an emergency and the primary vendor is unable to deliver the goods being requested in a timely manner.3. Courteous, professional service and prompt deliveries are required each time a load of concrete or slurry mix is ordered by the City of Torrance.4.
