Specifications include, but are not limited to: AWWU is seeking a consultant with previous local experience assisting air permittees with Title V Air Permit implementation and compliance, continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), visible emissions and continuous opacity monitoring systems (COMS), air compliance tasks, and support with Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) and Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) air quality regulations. Several other tasks are dependent to the Title V Permit, including but not limited to 40 CFR 60, 18 Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) 50 and 40 CFR 62, Subpart LLL. Other air quality related tasks include requirements under 40 CFR 503 Biosolids. The Contractor will be supporting AWWU with the current air permit, Operating Permit No. AQ0245TVP05, keeping AWWU appraised of any upcoming state or federal regulations that could affect the incineration process and/or Air Quality Permit, and the tasks listed below
