Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolish and remove from the site all buildings and related structures as indicated on the plans. Work to include but not be limited to: 1. Remove all pool buildings and associated footings, foundations, and plumbing. a. The City of Omaha Parks Department shall backfill the excavations with clean fill dirt. b. The contractor shall provide a price to complete backfilling and final grading/seeding under the Alternate #1 bid item. 2. Remove the concrete pool tub, plumbing, gutters, all fencing and post footings, and surrounding concrete pool deck. a. The City of Omaha Parks Department shall backfill the excavations with clean fill dirt. b. The contractor shall provide a price to complete backfilling and final grading/seeding under the Alternate #1 bid item. 3. Remove all site appurtenances including but not limited to diving boards, benches, tables, shade structures, and other items as indicated. a. Footings and/or foundations for the above items shall be included in the removal. b. Items indicated to be removed and salvaged shall be turned over to the owner. The owner will remove the items from the site. 4. Remove all wet wells in their entirety including all plumbing. a. The City of Omaha Parks Department shall backfill the excavations with clean fill dirt. b. The contractor shall provide a price to complete backfilling and final grading/seeding under the Alternate #1 bid item. 5. Removal of all concrete, asphalt, or brick walkways/sidewalks. a. The City of Omaha Parks Department shall backfill the excavations with clean fill dirt. b. The contractor shall provide a price to complete backfilling and final grading/seeding under the Alternate #1 bid item. 6. Remove any and all remaining trash, rubbish and debris. a. The site shall be turned over to the city of Omaha free of all debris
