Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Prospective Contractor shall remove and replace the roof at Mount Nebo State Park’s Pavilion based on the specifications outlined below. 2. The Prospective Contractor shall perform the removal of existing shingles and felt from the large pavilion. 3. The Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for replacing any damage, rotten decking and log barges rafters, outriggers to match existing and to screw all sub-decking. 4. The Prospective Contractor shall replace all barge rafters with logs set back approximately four inches (4”) from end of the roof decking to the outside edge of barge rafter with outriggers to be cut even with the outside edge of the barge rafters. 5. The Prospective Contractor shall make all barge rafters full length, pine rafters and outriggers. The Prospective Contractor shall not splice rafters.
