Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to provide an Engine Generator and Transfer Switches for Pence Hall. Provide a factory-authorized representative to perform the following startup services: A. Perform the following field tests and inspections and prepare test reports: 1. Operational Test: After electrical circuitry has been energized, start units to confirm proper unit operation. Remove and replace malfunctioning units and retest. 2. Test and adjust controls and safeties. 3. Test the Generator and Transfer Switches in accordance with specification and the Manufacturer's requirements. 4. Test each system for compliance with sequence of operation. Provide one year warranty from substantial completion.
