The scope of work for this project consists of: Move all furniture except for the safe Demo existing cove base and flooring Repair wall where cove base has been removed and paint to matched existing color as needed. Clean and prep flooring for new flooring installation Provide new cove base (Color and dimension TBD) Install new flooring (LVT Matuto Plus Stone-Please see flooring spec and color attached) Approximate dimensions are as follow: Contractor are responsible for actual measurement Ticket office-17’ x 16’ Lobby 1-13’ x 16’ Lobby 2-30’ x 24’ Lobby 3-30’ x 30’ Hallway-9’ x 24’
