Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enable the Municipality of Anchorage(MOA) to identify capable professional businesses to perform 3rd party collection servicesfor a portfolio of delinquent accounts receivable of MOA. The MOA reserves the right toaward a contract or contracts, up to a maximum of two, as determined to be in the bestinterests of the MOA.MOA is seeking a Contractor able to excel in collecting delinquent utility and miscellaneousaccounts receivable and a Contractor with core strengths in collecting delinquent criminaland civil fines and fees. A separate contract may be awarded by MOA to each selectedProposerin accordance with Section 6.0. The contract(s) shall be administered by the ChiefFiscal Officer of the MOA or his/her designee (Administrator).
