Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of a total demolition of structures, foundations, underground plumbing & electrical, vegetation, fencing, all vehicles, all campers specific to the properties listed: 1. 111 N. 1st – Remove bumper pull camper, trailer, fencing, garbage, and all vegetation, stub out sewer connection. This indicates all structures at this address. But we can detail as units A & C. B unit was already demolished. 2. 113 N. 1st- Remove trailer/brick house structure and trailer. Remove all fencing, garbage, all vegetation and fencing. Stub out sewer connection. This indicates all structures at this address. But we can detail as units A & B 3. 115 N. 1st- Remove two trailers, all garbage, all vegetation, all fencing. Stub out sewer connection. This indicates all structures at this address. But we can detail as units A & B 4. 204 and 206 N. Denman- Remove 2 trailers, all garbage, all fencing, all vegetation. Stub out sewer connection. The contractor shall: 1. Call in AZ811 for bluestake marking 2. Obtain demolition permits from City of Sierra Vista Community Development Department for each address. There is no fee for this permit. 3. Contact all applicable utility companies to request hard disconnects (if you need assistance, please call Jessica in Code Enforcement). 4. Tie off all sewer connections 5. Contractor will provide traffic control as shuting the street down is highly recommended 6. Contractor will provide temporary fencing to safeguard workplace and contractor’s equipment. 7. Contractor will have water truck on site and keep dust to minimum. 8. Contractor will collapse as many structures on first day as possible to prevent people from re-entering them. 9. Remove all trash, concrete, vehicles and other debris, and properly dispose of. 10. Clean up alleyways and vacant lots (109 and 105 N. 1st ) on east side of streets from trash and overgrowth to include trees, grass and desert broom (highlighted in yellow) The green fencing surrounding vacant lot at 109 N. 1st must stay intact! 11. Contractor will dig up and remove all dirt that has been exposed to human waste. 12. COLLAPSE ANY SEPTIC TANKS AND/OR FILL & COMPACT SISTERNS THAT ARE DISCOVERED 13. Contractor will remove underground sewer, water, and electrical lines on the property. Please be advised that there may be unknown water lines throughout the property that blue stake or the City may not be aware of. If the contractor encounters any unknown water lines these lines must be addressed immediately so as not to stop water to adjacent non-demolished properties. 14. Contractor will either arrange tow company to tow the vehicles or arrange to haul off the vehicles themselves and dispose of per AZ State law.
