Specifications include, but are not limited to: C. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materiel, parts and supervision required toperform testing and inspection of Backflow Prevention Valves, pertaining to the operation of the system as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist attached and all code requirements. D. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be two (2) for one fiscal year. The first inspection shall be performed upon award of the contract. E. Each preventative work period shall be prescheduled and directed from a maintenance management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program may computer directed, or manually operated. A copy of this schedule will be presented to the Physical Plant Director prior to initiating the work. F. All work shall be performed in the presence of an Agency Representative who shall sign documentation, provided by the Contractor, that the work is complete. The signature of the foreman of the crew performing the work shall appear on all site prepared documents. G. A report shall be furnished to the Agency after each examination or Emergency Service and indicate the Scope of Work performed, conditions requiring further attention and the name of the Agency Representative present.
