Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Compliance Requirements (for example, Agency and service specific requirements such as CJIS, HIPAA, Linguistic etc.) b. Removal of fixtures within the bathroom. c. Removing the tile (approximately 20’x2’ section) and replacing as close as possible (it will be impossible to match that old tile) like color and size tile from the bathroom floor. d. Saw cut the concrete floor over the compromised sewer service. The concrete will be removed and discarded off site. e. All saw cutting to concrete floor must be completed with a wet saw to reduce dust. f. Complete all necessary repairs to sewage pipes and necessary bathroom fittings to function correctly. g. Complete any necessary repairs needed to the adjoining kitchenette. h. Inspections for additional damage of the main cast iron pipeline leaving the bathroom. i. Upon completion of the underground repairs the concrete must be replaced, flooring replaced, and cleaning of jobsite must be completed.
