Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified vendors for a new truck chassis with cab and single rear wheels for the Traffic Division of the Public Works Department. Individual unit minimum specifications are provided on the attached pages. All units shall be a current model under standard production by the manufacturer. All units are to be furnished complete with standard equipment and accessories as listed in manufacturers printed literature, plus the additional items specified herein. All equipment and options must be factory installed where possible. All items installed by the dealer or subcontractor to the bidder must be noted by the bidder. Subcontractors and their scope of work shall be disclosed in the bid documents.
