Specifications include, but are not limited to: MPD is seeking a solution which improves communication and timeliness of communication with victims of crimes and citizen requests through a product or suite of products. The solution will improve community engagement by offering online officer services, automated officer service delays for calls for service, victim notifications, and citizen surveys. The Citizen and Victim Notification Solution will include: Selecting a solution to complete functions for victim notifications, citizen notifications, online officer engagement, and customer service surveys. Products should comply with Arizona SB 1712. The solution will include installing functions to provide victim notifications, delayed response notifications, online officer appointments, and citizen surveys. The solution will provide methodology to integrate or interface with current technology in use at MPD and related partners to provide timely communication to our citizens. The solution should provide 99.9% up-time to include 24/7 technical assistance. Downtime should be limited to 8.64 hours yearly.
