Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (“TTUHSC”), a part of the Texas Tech University System, seeks proposals from qualified firms for a Capital Campaign Feasibility Study; Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a qualified vendor for the purposes of conducting a capital campaign feasibility study for our organization. We are looking for a partner who is experienced with planning and conducting a fundraising feasibility study and is familiar with the healthcare environment and higher education. The plan should assess our current situation, potential fundraising capacity for a campaign and make recommendations on a strategy to maximize our fundraising efforts. A project budget, timeline and action items should be clearly identified. Ideally the selected vendor could also be a partner during the campaign and guide TTUHSC through the campaign acting as a campaign manager. The feasibility study report should address the following: • TTUHSC Amarillo’s real and perceived strengths and weaknesses in fundraising. • The community’s perception of TTUHSC Amarillo. • Feedback on the preliminary Case for Support to identify strengths and weaknesses. • Determination of the amount of money that can be raised and the timeline to do so. • Determination on the interest of donors for capital vs comprehensive campaign. • Names of potential major donors/funders and what their interests might be. • Engaging key stakeholders in designing a path forward. • Roles and responsibilities of Board Members, staff and volunteers in a campaign.
