Support assessment, resources, tools for staff to continue utilizing between coach sessions for independent learning and skills development for careers specific to clinical management, public service advancement, healthcare administration and leadership. Guides managers and senior leaders through common organizational and personal challenges such as role transitions, professional planning, assessing personal areas for development, and team development specific to a community health or clinical care setting.
