Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mississippi State University (MSU) is seeking to purchase/renew their existing Umbrella DNS Security to continue to increase MSU’s overall security posture for the university. Cisco Umbrella provides a Core DNS layer Security capabilities to block requests to malicious domains before they reach the network or endpoints. The solution gains the university off-network protection and mobile support as well as access to Cisco Umbrella’s APIs, log exporting, multiorganization console, integration with Cisco Threat Response/Secure-X, and identify-based policies. Additionally, the solution provides discovery and blocking of shadow IT (by domain.) MSU is seeking responses for a three-year subscription for Cisco Umbrella DNS Security for Education billed annually. • 4100 of Cisco Umbrella DNS Security for Education • Umbrella Support Gold • Umbrella Investigate Console • Umbrella Multi-Org Console • MSU requests a contract start date of 09-03-2023 • Subscription term should and option for 36 months. • 36 month option would be billed annually and pricing will be fixed for the length of the contract. • All items will be awarded to a single vendor. • No substitutions accepted • Vendor must be a Certified Cisco Partner and provide proof of partnership.
