Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Urban Trail Phase I (CN:5101490): Construction of a 10-ft wide concrete multi-use trail (approx. 0.434 miles), retaining wall, signage and striping, lighting, and a small drainage structure. Re-compaction of subgrade and base material for installation of new concrete and asphalt surfaces. Construction of driveways, curb ramps, curb and gutters will be completed. • Urban Trail Phase II (CN:5101491): Construction of a 10-ft wide concrete multi-use trail, drainage improvements, retaining walls, lighting, signage and striping, a rapid flashing beacon and approx. 371 linear feet of precast boardwalk. Re-compaction of subgrade and base material for installation of new concrete and asphalt surfaces. Construction of driveways, curb ramps, curb and gutters will be completed. New storm drain installation to include curb drop inlet, run down, and junction box.
