Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for an Iowa licensed contractor to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the Repair of an Exterior Brick Wall at the IDOT Clarion maintenance garage as per plans/specifications attached in this solicitation. The work is to be done during regular working hours and days M-F 7:00 to 3:30 CST, and shall be coordinated with the site supervisor on day-to-day operations. Contractor shall ensure the site is secure on a daily basis during construction. A. Construction Operations: Limited to areas within 50 feet of building structure. 1.
