Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide all labor and supervision necessary to complete satisfactory cleaning services during offpeak hours, defined as 5:00 pm to 8:00 am. Contractor will perform general cleaning services daily each calendar week (Sunday through Saturday), except New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Clean restroom facilities including floors, partitions, stools, urinals, sinks, and fixtures. • Spot clean walls. • Sweep, dry mop and/or damp mop hard surface floors in entrance. • Dust/clean surfaces including doors and frames, cabinets, windowsills, etc. • Clean all interior windows and glass. • Empty all rest area garbage receptacles, remove all trash from building, and reline trashcans. • Replace toilet paper and hand towels in restroom facilities as needed. State will provide all paper products such as paper towels for bathrooms, toilet tissue, disinfectant hand soap and garbage can liners along with other equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for the satisfactory completion of cleaning services contract. Contractor will notify the Agency Representative if supplies are low or out. All supplies, materials, and equipment used by Contractor shall be neatly stowed in assigned storage areas. Limited storage space is available for janitorial equipment.
