Specifications include, but are not limited to: Solicitation for Occupational Health Related Services to include; CDL Physicals, Pre-Employment Fit-for-Duty Exams, Annual Fit-for-Duty Exams, Medical Surveillance Services (Including Respirator Medical Evaluations), Immunizations, and Consulting Services. The Energy and Environment Cabinet seeks a medical organization to provide required medical examinations to employees and applicants. Therefore, the EEC requests to establish a contract for Occupational Health Services which includes Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Physicals, PreEmployment Fit-For-Duty Exams, Annual Fit-For-Duty Exams, and Medical Surveillance Services. The Bidder shall have a thorough understanding of occupational medicine. The selected medical organization will be required to provide necessary physical examinations, medical tests, and laboratory studies as well as provide written reports of significant findings, medical limitations/restrictions, and other related services to the EEC.
