Specifications include, but are not limited to: DDS is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more vendors to obtain the services of Tele-recorder/Transcription Professionals to provide twenty-four hours a day; seven (7) days a week tollfree tele-recording/transcription services exclusively for the telephone dictation and typing of medical and psychological reports for DDS. All work pertaining to this proposal must always be performed under the direct supervision of the bidder’s personnel, at the bidder’s secure facility within the United States of America. No information obtained in connection with this proposal will be transmitted electronically, or by any means, outside the United States of America
