Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select an experienced and competent Offeror (Contractor) to provide youth instructional golf programs within San Juan County. The services provided should encompass positive youth golf development programming with both summer and in-school curriculum to include a focus on leadership and character-building skills. The target service area is the entire county and must include programs specific for Native American youth provided on the Navajo Nation. A plan for program capacity building should be included for the training of teachers ,coaches and mentors to ensure long term sustainability of the proposed youth instructional golf programs
