Specifications include, but are not limited to: MPE, Structural, Civil, Roofing and minor Architectural work related to the addition of a secondary exterior air-cooled chiller, associated exterior piping, power supply revisions, structural (foundation/pipe supports/screen wall) and civil work related to the expanded chiller yard and screen walls. The replacement of the existing automatic wet alarm valve assemblies at the fire riser header. The removal and replacement of select Roof Top Units (and one split DX A/C unit) at the ECCC-2 facility to include roof curbs, roof deck, roof insulation, roofing patching/replacement, ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical power supply revisions and related appurtenances. Replacement of all existing HVAC controls systems at both Mendenhall ES and ECCC-2 (Niagara Front End with Jace Panel exists at the ECCC-2 building to be reused).
