Specifications include, but are not limited to: A new Public Works Facility including a Public Works building, a maintenance shop building, street/drainage department building with vehicle and equipment storage, sanitation department building with vehicle storage, a police/fire training building, police firing range, and a fire department training area. The site is located on the southwest corner of Two Pines Drive and Landers Road. The site is approximately 24 acres. C. RFQ Objective: 1. City of Sherwood seeks Construction Management/General Contractor services necessary to facilitate, manage and construct the project. These services include but are not limited to: preliminary budgeting, evaluating and or procuring additional professional services, cost estimating, evaluating alternate building systems, subcontractor selection and pricing, project and change order pricing, permitting, cost reduction and control, project coordination, environmental documentation, construction, closeout, warranty, etc.
