Equipment should be able to withstand varying temperatures and weather conditions. Equipment display screens should be user-friendly, easy to operate, and readable both in direct sunlight and at night. Equipment must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, NEC Article 625, IEC 61851, and all applicable state or local codes. Proposal requirements: Detail the safety measures of the system, including information for emergency services in case of incidents such as fire. Outline maintenance requirements for the installed equipment, as well as estimated annual maintenance costs. Include any additional services or features offered by the Contractor, such as mobile app integration and payment systems. Must include a detailed cost breakdown, including itemized costs for equipment, installation, subscription charges, and any additional services provided. Additionally, the Contractor should assist the City in identifying and applying for external grant funding to further support this project.
