Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing Shower and Latrine Facility to improve its functionality. Project includes demolition of a portion of existing facility. The proposed activity will be of permanent construction and will extended the usable life of the facility, The supporting utilities will need to be upgraded to include: potable water, sewer, underground electrical, and underground communication lines. The Project will increase the square footage from 920 sqft to the authorized 2,500 sqft. This project will also address mold and safety issues. Project shall be executed according to the plans and specifications provided by Oak Point Associates dated 24 August 2023.
