Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: marketing campaign. This document will describe the objectives and required elements of an approximately 12-month-long, statewide public outreach and education campaign that will aim at the following: ● Increasing female participation in hunting and shooting sports. ● Increasing participation of local Spanish-speaking communities into fishing. ● Promoting the sale of fishing and hunting licenses. DWR will generate and provide all creative content and media assets for the campaign. The contractor will execute a media buying plan aimed at accomplishing the following goals: ● Maintain and/or increase female participation in hunting and shooting sports. ● Increase participation in fishing from Spanish-speaking communities. ● Implement multimedia messaging that is highly visible to Utah residents through a variety of channels. ● Secure matching funds where possible to increase the existing budget through in-kind donations dollar for dollar, or more.
