Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky State Police, Aircraft Branch, is looking to obtain DownLink Systems for their Helicopters that would allow them to be able to live stream real time images from the helicopter to a ground command post. The agency is looking to purchase two systems initially. The Kentucky State Police, Aircraft Branch is requesting a Master Agreement be established for Data Streaming System/Equipment, Technology, Service/Support, Maintenance, and Training that will allow real time images to be streamed from our KSP helicopter Fleet to a ground command post.
